The main difference between leaders and managers is that leaders have people follow them while managers have people who work for them. A manager will focus on planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to manage tasks and deliver results. A leader will inspire, motivate, and influence those around them which will drive people to achieve their goals and objectives whilst working towards the bigger picture. This course is to give an insight into the different traits of each type of styles so that managers can work towards being a leader.
